To design a Microsoft Word report template that is optimised for accessibility and in the client's brand style.


The template recreates the client's house style with the font, colours and graphic elements built-in, and custom styles for text and tables.


An accessibility guide sets out how to apply the styles so that the Word report can be used as the source for creating a PDF that meets the PDF/UA standard for accessibility.

To design a MailChimp newsletter template and create graphic assets in the client's brand style.


The template design includes a header banner with logo, section headers with graphic elements, text and image placeholders, and a graphic footer.


The project included a tutorial on how to add content to the template, and resize images to fit the style of the newsletter.

To design Microsoft Word corporate stationery templates in the client's brand style: letterhead, press release, case study, and job description.


The template designs include the client's logo, colour scheme, font and styles. Content control boxes are used to standardise text and layout, and include date pickers, drop-down selectors, and text entry fields.


A tip sheet for each template highlights how to to create new documents in the brand style.

To design Microsoft PowerPoint A2 sized poster templates in the client's brand style to showcase their achievements.


The templates, in portrait and landscape orientation, incorporate a colour strip and logo. They include an image placeholder and text placeholders that allow the client to add content to create new wall artworks.


The completed images are then printed onto beech wood panels for display in the client's office.

To design a Microsoft Word report template and PowerPoint presentation template in the client's corporate identity.


The templates have built-in styles and colours replicating the client's brand. The report template includes a cover image placeholder, contents page and back cover. The PowerPoint has 12 slide layouts in the deck.


A one-page quick guide provides advice on how to add content and create reports in the corporate style.

To design a suite of Microsoft Word stationery templates, for letters, briefings and meetings, that replicate the client's corporate identity.


The templates have the client's brand, colours and styles built-in. Content control boxes are used to format text, provide drop-down selections, and automatically repeat the title and date on each page.


A user guide provides advice on how to apply the built-in styles.

Templates were created to enable staff across the organisation to produce reports, letters and presentations in the corporate style.


The templates have fonts, colours and styles built-in. A guide for the report sets out how to add content and make use of the built-in styles.

To design a template to allow the client and partners to create A1 posters of projects that have received funding.


Microsoft PowerPoint is used to design the template as it can create larger poster sizes than is possible in MS Word.


The simple and clean design allows the client and partners to easily change the photos and text to create posters with a consistent style.

To design a template for social media graphics to promote projects; and, using the template, to create 18 images for social media posts.


Microsoft PowerPoint is used to create the template and images. The design incorporates client and partner logos, location map, photo and text.


The client can easily change the photo and text to create new, additional social media posts.

To design two A3 sign templates to contain information and images about pollinators for partner organisations to use in local nature sites. The design to be similar to signs used in National Nature Reserves.


The templates are designed in Microsoft Word to enable the client to create and update signs for hotspot sites.


The layout of the templates presents the content in a similar format, with different colour palettes for each partner.

To create a template in MS Word for a regional marine plan that can be updated and amended by staff as it goes through different stages of consultation.


The design of the template includes: image placeholders; tables and boxes for text; and corporate colours and styling. A footer graphic and set of icons were designed and integrated into the template.


A user guide sets out how to add content to the template.

Using MS Word, create A4 tri-fold leaflet templates in four colourways that follow the corporate design, enabling staff to add content and send to print without the need for specialist graphic design software.


The design of the templates includes: graphic elements; image placeholders; text boxes; 3mm bleed; printer crop marks and fold indicators.


An accompanying user guide sets out how to populate the template and prepare it for print.

To create templates for community plans and action plans that allow six different partnership areas to add their own content, while retaining the same structure and design.


The design of the MS Word templates incorporates a curve graphic that echoes the partnership's logo, unifying the six areas, and providing a subtle yet modern look. The templates set the structure for the plans, using bold images and heading styles, supported by the design of the headers, footers and tables.
